Revision Courses

Looking for GCSE and A Level revision courses in London? Harrow School revision courses are held for ten days annually over the Easter holidays.

Harrow School Easter Revision Courses are suitable for students taking GCSE, IGCSE and A Level exams during the 2019 Summer term. They are designed to improve candidates’ grades by increasing their knowledge, refining their examination technique and by boosting confidence.

Over 90% of our students felt more confident after attending our courses last year. Many of our tutors teach at Harrow School all year round, and others teach at other reputable schools such as The John Lyon School (The same foundation as Harrow School), Radley College, Merchant Taylors’ School and Roedean School. All are selected by the same academic criteria as permanent Harrow School member staff.

The courses are easily accessible to anyone in Greater London or the Home Counties as the School is located approximately ten miles from the centre of London. Harrow on the Hill Station (Metropolitan and Chiltern Lines) is only a ten-minute walk away and offers easy connections to Central London as well as the Chilterns. South Harrow station (Piccadilly Line) is also close by.

We believe that physics teaching is a wonderful thing, but are aware not everyone agrees. In the UK more and more non-specialists are getting the opportunity (welcome or otherwise) to shine a light on peoples misconceptions about the World around them.

We started this podcast to provide useful information about how some of the best physics teachers we know teach the subject. Nearly always the answer will be ‘do some practical work’, which we know is essential to grounding understanding as well as being fun to do and making lessons easier to manage.

If you have found this page then we are truly amazed, and hope you will stay with us on our journey. If you are a Science teacher who would like to share your love of Physics teaching with the World, please contact us using the form below.
